AUTOMATIC PRE-GLUED CARDBOARD SLEEVING MACHINE
The ÉLITER pre-glued sleever is an affordable alternative to our wrap-around sleever suited to operators with focus on budget and/or concerns around footprint.

Operation Sequence
The machine has a built-in infeed conveyor where trays, tubs, cups or bowls are received and timed by a blocking gate.
A rotary feeder presents pre-glued sleeves from the magazine, erects it together with a down-dragging picker and holds the pre-glued sleeve at the loading station.
Chains with plastic lug runs at continuous motion and the blocking gate releases the container at a due time towards the former, then the lug push the container and inserts it into the erected pre-glued sleeve. Finished packaging is discharged from a built-in conveyor.

AUTOMATIC WRAP-AROUND CARDBOARD SLEEVING MACHINE
ESTRENA™ Wrap-Around Sleever is a full servo-driven carton sleeving machine that employs solid, robust and hygienic stainless-steel construction for food-grade application and is of ergonomic and aesthetic appearance with excellent accessibility for maintenance.
ESTRENA™ is also designed to cover a wide range of container sizes and with easy, fast and repeatable size changing.

Structure and Process
Containers (trays of ready meals, for example) are received randomly and timed by the infeed system and then introduced into the sleever by the main infeed conveyor. Sleeve blanks are fed and placed by the rotary feeder directly onto each container. The lug chains and overhead guiding belts take the containers go through a series of guides and powered components; hot-melt glue is jetted onto the glue-flap to seal the package. The overhead guides and a powered base belt discharge the wrapped packages.
